Hi, I've been running online studies for about 3 months using web 4 and have not encountered any difficulties with data saving until now. No data has recorded for one of my scripts that I need. What might explain this and does Inquisit have a backup of the data on the main server? Thanks

I am not aware of any general issue re. data saving in web experiments. I recommend you contact support<at>millisecond.com with your account details, the affected script etc.. It is not possible to answer your questions without those specific details.
