I'm wondering if this is a common thing - my task runs well (on Mac laptops) via Inquisit 4 web, and at the end when participant presses 'finish', the program freezes, the page goes white and I need to force quit (and I lose my data).  The thing is, that it happens very randomly.  I can re-launch the program, and then the next run on the same computer will save the data without problem.  It also doesn't make a difference whether I am running many computers at the same time or just one.  About 65% of the time it works fine.  Any ideas or advice?  Much appreciated.  P.S.  I've tried pressing control Q instead of finish at the end and this gives a slightly better success rate, but the same problem also happens.
