I have startet to collect data with the IAT from "http://www.millisecond.com/download/library/IAT/AgeIAT/" and the summery from the data shows among others expressions.da (d-score of the first block), expressions.db (d-score of the second block) and expressions.d (d-score overall = expr.da + expr.db/2).
Are those d-scores for the first and second block means which I can compare in SPSS with a t-Test? And is the d-score overall the actaul d-score, thus the magnitude comparable with Cohens d?
I would be very grateful for your help.

See https://www.millisecond.com/forums/Topic3444.aspx and the published literature on IAT D-scores, particularly Greenwald et al. (2003).
