Hi,
When I launch the test to debug it the second screen appears as "Page Not Found" and a continue button at the bottom. Clicking continue will execute the rest of the script just fine but I can't figure out what page it is trying to pull from in the first place.
Using a provided Inquisit script for this.

Any thoughts on what is creating the error?

Go to your web experiment's settings and check the setting highlighted in the attached screenshot. Chances are you've either entered an invalid html page or something like a blank there.
