Hi,
I've in another thread (from 7 years ago) that Inquisit cannot stretch or shrink pictures... can this be done now in Inquisit 4? I'd like to show a variety of versions of the same pictures, where the picture's width is changed for each presentation thereby stretching the picture.

No, Inquisit (still) will not distort image proportions. You would have to use display different versions of the same picture "stretched" / distorted according to your needs.
