One of my participants is getting the following error message, and I don't know why. If anyone could help that would be fantastic.
"Direct2D Error: 0x800004002 No such interface supported Line 1267, File win\Direct2DGraphics.cpp

Usually such an error indicates that the machine's graphics card driver is outdated / broken. The participant should obtain and install the latest available driver from the card's manufacturer.
Corruption of other system files / the DirectX environment is another option, in which case the steps discussed in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-hardware/error-80004002-cannot-run-preview-graph-problems/e9c944f4-119b-46e8-9de4-6bb6b65b6b67 may resolve the issue.
