Hello,
I am running a batch script that batches participants to either the Stop-Signal Task, or the Stroop and ANT tasks. For the group assigned to the Stroop and ANT tasks, a participant ran into this error message after entering her ID number: "undefined is not a function". I do not have screen shots of the error message so this is all the information I have at this time. Any tips on how to proceed or what may be going on? Other participants have not run into these problems so I'm wondering if it's something with her computer/plug-in. Thanks!!!

Yes, it is most likely related to the plugin installed on the participant's machine. The error usually indicates that the respective browser has automatically blocked the plugin from running (which is what modern browsers like Firefox or Chrome do with all plugins -- not just Inquisit's -- by default). The participant should make sure the plugin is activated / allowed to run via her/his browser's settings and then re-visit (or refresh) the launch page.
