Hi, can anyone tell me what is the problem when one of the participants of my study gets these messages? And how to resolve it?

The error indicates that license verification fails. This can be due to a number of reasons:
#1: There is a firewall on the participant's computer or network that blocks traffic between the Inquisit runtime on the computer and the millisecond.com server. #2: The participant is running a relatively old Windows version (e.g. XP) that does not have TLS 1.0 (at a minimum) enable by default. This is needed for secure communications between the Inquisit runtime on the computer and the millisecond.com server. It can be enabled via
Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security -> Check 'Use TLS 1.0'
