One of my recepients reported the following error: Inquisit encounted errors while rnning the script
Inquisit Media Error: Pins cannot connect because they don't support the same transport. line 74: file win\MediaPlayerControl.cpp
Can this be solved?

This is a DirectShow filter error, which -- without getting into technical intricacies -- boils down to no suitable codec being available on the participant's machine that would be able to render the media file.
Inquisit does not come with any codecs included (which would be prohibitive in terms of download size as well as other factors such as licensing), but instead relies on codecs available on the client systems.
If the media files use some relatively rare encoding, not every system may be capable to render the given files. In other cases, other applications may have messed up a given system's codec configuration. In the latter case, installing a codec pack such as K-Lite ( codecguide.com ) may resolve the issue.
Hope this helps.
