Hi there,
one  of my subjects, who says that she is using windows 10 (no anti-virus software) and mozilla, installed the Inquisit Web Player, but is prompted with the error message "invalid command line" when she clicks on the "Start button". Do you have an idea why this error occurs? The link to the study is: http://research.millisecond.com/linkej/SFB636C6Online.web.

This looks like the error is coming from the web player installer. The download might have been corrupted or the person is executing the installer from a location with insufficient permissions. In the latter case, moving the installer to a different location and executing from there should help.

Hi,
I just wanted to tell that the subject was not able to run the tests using windows10, mozilla, and no antivirus software. We tried different location and deactivated the windows firewall, which did not help. Also playing with the security settings of mozilla did not work out. However, the good news is, that using the explorer the subject had not problems at all. So, if someone experiences the same error message, this might be a solution.
