Hi there,
I am running a dot probe task on Inquisit 4. A participant who attempted to access the task couldn't run the task due to this error message:
"OpenGL Error: Failed to create OpenGL Context. File 299, Line mac/Graphics.mm"
The task was working for the participant when we went through it together and has been working for each day when they have attempted to access it for the past 5 days. The error only arose last night.
I was going to suggest to them to try using a different browser but I am wondering if there is a more specific solution to the error.

Since the task used to work for the participant previously, my guess would be that something on her/his Mac crashed or otherwise interferes with the graphics subsystem. Rather than trying a different browser I'd suggest rebooting the machine prior to trying to start the task again.
