Hello everybody,
some of our experiments produce launch pages with rather large font size. Take, for example, this script:
Problem is that the launch pages JavaScript positions the subject ID dialog at the top of the page, not centered in the current viewport. This has resulted in a number of mails from participants that the site is unresponsive.
In reality, the subject ID was displayed above the current viewport as illustrated in the attached screenshot where you can just barely see the greyed out background of the input dialog.
Can this be fixed?

As far as I am aware, the fix for this was rolled out along with 5.0.1.0, i.e., any launch page using that version should display the overlay properly.
Based on your screenshot, I believe the URL for the experiment in question is
http://research.millisecond.com/psyinstmzweb2/RichlerRevisedMain.web
The experiment uses 5.0.1.0 and appears to render the overlay properly for me in my tests:
Are you (1) still seeing this issue and if so (2) under which circumstances (e.g. only under browser X on platform Y, but not under browser Z)?
Thanks.
