Hi there,
I have a problem I was hoping to get some help with. I've been running a script on Inquisit 5 that stopped recording any data. I didn't get any warning or error. The licence is in date and the computer is registered
Any suggestions?
From the log below, it seems to have stopped writing to a data file but I'm unsure why:

So is all the data we collected irrevocably lost? along with all the time we spent collecting it? .. more than a minor inconvenience

I'm very sorry to hear that.
Unfortunately, the problem stopped data files from being recorded, so there's no way to retrieve them.
