Does Inquisit offer a module or automatic uninstaller for the web player/plugin? Or, is the only way to uninstall it to do it via the OS-specific add/remove functionality?

Deinstallation works via the specific OS-provided facilities, detailed / linkable instructions for the various platforms are available here: https://www.millisecond.com/support/uninstall.aspx
There is no extra uninstall tool. Hope this helps.
