Dear all,

I've got a problem with a web script. Some of the probands told me thatthey had already filled in this questionnaire. But I have found no web data file.Normally the script works and the data of many other probands has been saved.

What could havehappened? Can you help me, please?

It's impossible to say what happened based on a general description only. A by no means exhaustive list:
- The respective participant's internet connection may have broken down temporarily, preventing data from being transmitted to the server.
- Some participant's may have terminated the script -- either wittingly or unwittingly -- before any data was recorded and/or could be transmitted.
- There may be a subtle mistake in your script that prevents it from working properly.
- Some of the supposedly missing data files might actually be there, but you may have overlooked them.
- Some participants may be mistaken in that they already filled out the respective questionnaire. Perhaps they filled out a different, very similar one instead. (Since I know nothing about your specific questionnaire and if it has been used or is being used in other studies, I cannot say how (un)likely this is.)

You will want to take a look at the respective participant's web logs via your account's "Web Logs" section: https://www.millisecond.com/myaccount/logs.aspx

Those may provide some answers with respect to some of the above scenarios or point to other issues.
