Is there anyway to download the 'Serial Sevens (Serial Threes) Task' for inquisit 4 as it seems to be only available for Inquisit 5?

No, but the Inquisit 5 script can be adapted to run under Inquisit 4 by stripping out the Inquisit 5-specific syntax features and replacing them with Inquisit 4-syntax (near) equivalents. The attached file should give you the general idea of what ought to be changed.
