This is far too vague a description. You need to provide more detail re. how -- exactly -- you envision the procedure to work, i.e. how *is* the "partner* supposed to "behave" in your scenario?

My game game ensures absolute fairness to the proposer, no matter what offer the proposer proposes, the proposer points to his own part of the money he can get. And the proposer points to each other's money, whether the other party will get free choice by the other party. If the other party (that is, the recipient) to accept the distribution program, the two sides will benefit from the distribution program, if the other refused, the other no income, the proposed benefit by the distribution program.
