I collected some data with Inquisit 5 and when I tried to export the data into an excel sheet, I got this error. What can I do to fix it?

No spontaneous idea about the specific error, but you don't actually need to export the data to Excel format first. The standard Inquisit data files (*.iqdat extension) are simple tab-delimited text files, and any spreadsheet application (including Excel) is able to directly read or import such files (see e.g. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Import-or-export-text-txt-or-csv-files-5250ac4c-663c-47ce-937b-339e391393ba).
