Inquisit registration error

Hi there, 

My licence for Inquisit was recently renewed, and initially everything was working just fine. But now, when I try to open Inquisit Lab, it gives me the following error: 

Inqusit has detected an error with it's installation.
Please reinstall Inquisit using the installer package. Available from:
https://www.millisecond.com/download/

And the computer key and registration key fields are blank.

I have tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling several times, and no matter what I do I get the same error. My Inquisit web licence is working just fine, and I can see my computer key and registration key for Inquisit Lab, but it won't let me enter either in the window describing the error. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

Please also provide the following information privately:
- The Inquisit version (I assume you're using Inquisit 5).
- Your operating system (OSX, Windows, which version).
- The name of your millisecond.com account or the invoice number for the renewal.
