Hi all,
Hope all is well. I have been running some online studies using Inquisit's webscript platform, but some participants have reached out to inform me that the text visuals of my studies are getting scrambled (see attached photo taken by one of my participants). It seems this is only happening for those using apple/mac computers to complete my studies. Am troubleshooting and will update here with any progress, but has anyone encountered a similar problem? If so, what helped?
