System Error 12045: The certificate authority is invalid or Inccorect Line 260, File win\Path_win.cpp

That's a client-side certification validation issue, which can have many disparate causes ranging from the participant's device being set to a wrong date, misconfiigured internet options, a broken certificate store or explicitly not trusing the Amazon Root CA, to being behind a MITM proxy.
