Hello,
We are currently testing Inquisit for online testing, and we are having issues with some of our test subjects being unable to install inquisit on a win 10 machine. When installing, they get an error message that reads: error creating process: c:/users/paigeappdata/local/temp/xp000.tmp/bootstrapper.exe. system cannot find the file specified. Is this a fixable problem on their end, or is it out of our control?

Thanks Likely a permissions issue on the system in question (no access to the temp folder or the temp folder has been moved to another drive / location), which would be out of your control (as well as ours). If these are institutional or corporate systems, their local IT may be able to help.
Do you have any additional information about the systems in question?
