Hello,

I ran my study last year and I just went back to run it again and now it has an error when I press start that says "Experimentid is not defined: undefined".

I don't have a variable called Experimentid and the study was previously started using just the link without any URL parameters.

Please could you help me with this issue, thanks.

The experiment is running under an outdated version. Please enter your online experiment's settings, select the most recent version (6.3.4) from the dropdown menu, and click the "Save" button. That should resolve the issue. (You will have to install the corresponding player app via the download link on the start page.)
