Good afternoon, The datafile I downloaded from Inquisit Web has duplicate response rows, with same subject IDs and responses. I wonder why this is happening, what the issue may be and how to fix it for next time.

(1) Which folders are you talking about? (2) Which data files do you believe to be duplicates?

(1) nsf_study3 folder (2) all datafiles in the folder, as downloaded with show all responses, csv. They are: nsf study 3_summary; final_survey; mcprs_survey; category_explicit_survey; faces_explicit_survey

They are: nsf study 3_summary; final_survey; mcprs_survey; category_explicit_survey; faces_explicit_survey Okay, thank you. There aren't any actual duplicate files, just duplicate index entries. You can resolve this by navigating into the folder containing the data files, and then clicking the "refresh" button at the top:
This will re-index the folder contents, and any duplicate entries should be gone after that:
