For a number of our online experiments only very recent data files are showing with literally hundreds missing... This has never happend to us before and we are hoping that the missing data can be safely retreived... we have logs of participants who have participated.
Thanks in advance!

I see that you have also emailed support and provided details about the affected experiments there -- thank you. I have responded to your email.

In short, no data files have been deleted, but a database issue currently prevents all files contained in a given data folder from being listed properly in the web interface. The problem should be resolved sometime later today.

For anyone else experiencing this, if you have an urgent need for any particular set of files in a given folder, please email us at support<at>millisecond(dot)com with the relevant details (account name, experiment name, folder name) -- we can then provide the files to you directly.

We apologize for the technical problem.
