I want to use Inquisit 6 on a Windows 10 box that does not have a built in parallel port to control experiments. Does Inquisit work with a Sunix PCI Express Serial and Parallel communication board? If so, do I have to specify the base address before I can access it?

Yes, the SUNIX board should work fine and yes, you will likely have to explicitly specify the base address per /ltpaddresses in <defaults>.

In case you find that some signals fail to go out when using the board under Inquisit 6.5.2, please try installing https://inquisit.millisecond.com/6/6_6/win/Inquisit_660.exe , which fixes an issue that can occur with certain ports located at non-standard / extended addresses.
