Hello,
I am dealing with some data cleaning on some old data that we have inherited, which appears to have been produced using one the millisecond tests.

I have searched on the forums and in the manuals for details of the date and time formats used, but I cannot find any details.

I suspect that you are using the United States format, rather than the international standard

Could anyone please confirm the format of the dates and times recorded using Inquisit software?

Date format depends on the version you used to collect the data. It used to be mmddyy under Inquisit 5 and below, under current Inquisit 6 versions, it's yyyy-mm-dd. Time is hh:mm:ss in 24-hour format under all versions. Note: Both date and time logged in data files reflect local time and date settings of the device the script was run on.

Hi Dave,
thanks - that's what I suspected . Good to have it confirmed.
Thanks
