Dave,

We're getting graphic loading errors trying to run a script on one subject.  Any ideas?  I recommended reinstalling Inquisit Player and/or just trying a different device.  The graphics are uploaded and the script works fine on most devices.

Given the particular errors, I would suspect the Windows Imaging Component (WIC) is either missing or corrupted in some way on that particular system.

They can try to fix their Windows installation with the proper DISM commands ( https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image ).
