I was just wondering if it were possible to write a script for a specific style of questionnaire. Basically, it's a series of questions or statements that run down the page, and the person doing the questionnaire can tick a circle on each line which corresponds to their response. The descriptions for each point on the scale are also displayed at the top. Anyway, check out the link and you'll see what I mean. Is it possible to write a script in inquist for this? If so, is there anywhere online that explains how to do it?
