I tried to register Inquisit 4.0 on my Mac (with 10.8 Mountain Lion OSX). I have many Inquisit 3 licences. I have transferred licences on the web page, but…. when registering my 4.0 version after getting the registration key based on computer ID the program says 'registration failed'.

Please help

It is not possible to register Inquisit 4 with an Inquisit 3 registration key. As Inquisit 4 is currently in beta, licenses are not 
available for purchase yet. 

The beta's trial period is good for 60 days.  For further info, please see the Inquisit 4 beta FAQ at the bottom of

OK - pity, cause now I have to revert to 3.0 version on Windows, which means I have to install Windows on my Mac.... damn!

Why? You should be able to use the beta version (4.0.0.1) just fine on your Mac.

Yep - I just reinstalled the 4.0 that expired today - works fine...
