in our new project our team wants Inquisit to be
adaptiv (with models of the IRT in the background). Therefor we need
Inquisit to interoperate with statistic programs like R during the
task.

Is there any chance to implement that?

No, Inquisit cannot interact with other programs at runtime. Instead you should look into implementing your adaptive IRT procedure using Inquisit's native math etc. features (see the documentation on functions, operators, conditional logic, <expressions>, <values> and event attributes).
