I was wondering whether it was possible to create a measure of average response time for the N-Back task. I wanted a measure of average response time for each level (0, 1, 2, 3) and also average response time across all levels. Can anyone assist?

This is easily achieved in any statistical software package. If you want the Inquisit script do this directly, you'll need to work with <values>, <expressions> and conditional logic to compute the statistics of interest for each level and write them to the data file. See e.g. any of the available IAT scripts as example.
