IQWebPlayer Install

The technology department at my university attempted to install the Inquisit 4 Web player on my computer. They received an error message saying it can't be installed on Windows 64 bit. Is there anyway to troubleshoot this problem? Any information I can pass along would be appreciated!

Not sure what the question is / how to help. If you received an email from someone asking you to participate in a web experiment, the best option would be to direct any questions you might have about the experiment to the sender / the researchers conducting the study.

Not sure why they got that message. The player works fine under 64-bit as far as I am aware. Here are direct download links for the latest version:

32-bit Windows:

Try re-downloading the correct file for your system via the above links and installing it. If that still doesn't work, please provide the exact system details (OS type and version, browser type and version, screenshots of error messages).
