Try running Inquisit under an admin account and /or execute it with administrative permissions (right-click the icon, select "Run as administrator" from the context menu).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;While &lt;a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/838659"&gt;https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/838659&lt;/a&gt; applies to XP only, it's also possible a similar bug exists under Windows 7.
