I need the picture to partly overlap the video with the intent to hide a part of of the video. I cannot find any code to define layers. You thus cannot overlay a &amp;lt;picture&amp;gt; on a &amp;lt;video&amp;gt;. The &amp;lt;picture&amp;gt; would be visible for a single frame and then disappear once the screen-area inhabited by the video gets re-drawn the next time. Your only option is to overlay the &amp;lt;video&amp;gt; with *another* &amp;lt;video&amp;gt; as in&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;/ stimulusframes = [1=backgroundvideo, overlayvideo]&lt;br/&gt;</description><pubDate>Tue, 16 Feb 2016 05:10:12 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Dave</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
