Then you simply do:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;lt;expt&amp;gt;&lt;br/&gt;/ blocks = [1=demographics;&lt;strong&gt; 2-3 = noreplace(a,b)&lt;/strong&gt;]&lt;br/&gt;...&lt;br/&gt;&amp;lt;/expt&amp;gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;You'll find this covered in the documentation for the &amp;lt;expt&amp;gt; element's /blocks attribute.
