I don't think that's possible using Inquisit at present. For this particular purpose, you'd be better served by a classic web-survey tool like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey:

If there are RT tasks you wish to administer via Inquisit Web in addition to the qualitative survey, Inquisit Web offers interoperability with web-based survey platforms like the above.
