Pictures are not presenting when I run my task

Hi, I have written a script for a reversal learning task, but when I run the task the images don't come up on the screen. I can't work out what I have done wrong or what I need to change. This is my first time writing a script in Inquisit, so it could all be completely wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have pasted the script below in case it is of help.

Your trial starts. Then, after 500ms, it displays a fixation stimulus. Then at 180 seconds into the trial, that's three minutes, you've instructed it to display the picture.

Thank you so much for your help, that makes so much more sense. It works perfectly now.

I do have another question. During my task participants are required to press either the "A" or "L" key or to inhibit a response by pressing nothing at all (I defined this by using the noresponse function). However, when it comes to the stimuli in which participant's need to inhibit a response, I'm not too sure how to indicate which items a "noresponse" would be correct for. I guess my main concern is that when I go into the data file after someone has completed the task, I have to manually check whether the items in which they inhibited a response are correct or incorrect.
I hope that makes sense.

You need to work with /iscorrectresponse then and code somewhere (e.g. in a <list>) which answer is the correct one for a given item. See e.g. https://www.millisecond.com/forums/FindPost15355.aspx

The code for noresponse is 0.

Thank you so much for your help, that makes so much more sense. It works perfectly now.

I do have another question. During my task participants are required to press either the "A" or "L" key or to inhibit a response by pressing nothing at all (I defined this by using the noresponse function). However, when it comes to the stimuli in which participant's need to inhibit a response, I'm not too sure how to indicate which items a "noresponse" would be correct for. I guess my main concern is that when I go into the data file after someone has completed the task, I have to manually check whether the items in which they inhibited a response are correct or incorrect.
I hope that makes sense.
