One of my Ps received this error message, although I tested the script and have been collecting data from other Ps. Do you know the source of the problem?

That's the error you'll get when the browser is still blocking the web plugin. Once it is enabled, it'll work.

Thanks. Are there easy to follow instructions for PCs and Macs that I can relay to my P?

How exactly a given browser handles plugins differs from vendor to vendor. All of them provide instructions via their public support channels. E.g.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/why-do-i-have-click-activate-plugins

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142064?hl=en (see the 'Run or block plug-ins' section)

Hope this helps.
