Here's what probably happened:

(1) You already had a data file from a previous run, which *excluded* those columns (i.e., they were not specified in the <data> element at the point the data file was generated).
(2) You made edits to the script and in the process added those variables to the data element.
(3) When you ran the script, data was appended to the left over, old file from (1).

To avoid such things, either make sure to remove any old data files or use the /separatefiles attribute to get a separate data file for each run.

Thank you for the quick reply! 
However, the points you made, I can understand it if that was the case.
But the thing is, I'm missing data for something (latency) that I had already specified before I even ran it
the first time. Shouldn't that at least still be there, even after adding new variables?

Since I have no idea on how to edit a previous post, I'll have to do it like this.

Apparently, the data was not missing per se. It somehow just did not show up in the Inquisit data file.
However, when I openen it in excel, it was there. 

Now I just need to figure out how that happened, but at least the initial problem is not a problem anymore. 

Can you attach that data file here (click +Insert to upload files) and tell me exactly what is / is not showing up when viewing the file in Inquisit vs. viewing it in Excel?

It's solved! It wasn't anything with the inquisit data file or excel (both do show
the same data). Apparently, it was just my laptop doing weird things.
