One of the participants of my survey sent me an email that he couldn't finish the survey, due to the following problem: Is there someone who can help me fix this problem? Other participants didn't report this problem to me.

Unfortunately the actual error message isn't fully visible in that screenshot. The part that's visible, though, suggests a network timeout due to the participant's internet connection being unreliable, breaking down completely or some other network issue (e.g. a firewall blocking the connection between the Inquisit runtime on the client and the server). As a consequence, Inquisit is unable to retrieve the necessary files (scripts and assets) from the server and cannot execute the experiment.

This also explains why your other participants can run the study just fine, i.e., there's nothing wrong with the experiment, it's some connection issue pertaining to this one, particular participant. Hope this helps.
