The error is probably due to the script having been downloaded incompletely or corrupted during download. The problem should go away when the participant clears their system's temporary files and relaunches the study.

Oh, wait a minute -- I missed that said participant is using a Mac. Joystick input is available under Windows only, if I am not mistaken. Apologies for the confusion on my part.
