Problems on Inquisit Web with MAC

Group: Forum Members Posts: 20, Visits: 121	Hi, I'm working on a task on Inquisit web (https://mili2nd.co/5mqb). We are currently pre-testing the task but we have some problems when the task runs on a Mac computer, but not when it's runs on Windows computers. For exemple the response box go down when the subjet scroll down on the survey page (see picture 1) with half of the page that looks like freezed. And for the Likert the response bar appear in the text but on a Windows computer it's appear bellow the text (Picture 2). I don't kown how to fix these problems, I hope that you could help us. Would it be possible to send those to support@millisecond.com? In any case, you could try switching your test to run with Inquisit 6, which fixes a number of issues with surveys. To do so: 1) Login to your account on millisecond.com 2) Go to the Web Scripts page 3) Click the Edit button next to this script. 4) Change the version to 6.0. If the problem persists with version 6, please let us know. Thanks, Sean
