I want to recurit participants through Inquisit and get them tested via the internet, however, the study states Inquisit Player are required. Is there a way to invite participants but not ask them to download the Inquisit player?
Thanks!

No. There are technical reasons for this, namely stimulus and response precision as detailed at https://www.millisecond.com/products/inquisit6/weboverview.aspx

Inquisit Web experiments do not take place in a participant's web browser, all measurements are performed entirely locally by the player essentially as if they were running Inquisit Lab.
