Impossible to participate to a survey using the webb app 6.6

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2, Visits: 1	Hello, I have been invited by yougov to participate to a survey using the web app 6.6. But every time I try, I get following error message: "Inquisite license verification. License verification failed. Experiment ID 75650 is not registered for accound id '7526': The experiment will not be run. Server:7526" It's the first time ever I am using this inquisite app, but I must say it is very incovenient, and I am rather astonished that the only way for me to contact you is by creating an account and therefore give personal data.

The experiment with that ID (75650) was either deactivated by the researchers or the license it was running uder expired. We provide the software platform, we are not involved in administering studies, recruiting participants, etc. You need to reach out to the people responsible for running the study. I've made contact with the researchers and the problem has been rectified. Their study is active again.
