I have a participant who was able to use Inquisit online yesterday, but when she got back on today, she is getting the following message (please see screen shot). She is using the same computer as before... Does anyone have any idea what the problem maybe? Others don't seem to have this problem, but I would like to prevent any future issues.

The error message suggests that her Mac and/or browser somehow "forgot" how to open the special URL / protocol the Inquisit Web Player uses. Try having her re-download and re-install the Web Player via the link on the launch page. That should restore the proper settings and enable her to run the script.
