The error messages indicate problems with the system's graphics environment. You can:
- update the graphics card driver to the latest version available from the card's manufacturer
- make sure that the system's DirectX environment is up-to-date (DirectX downloads are available from Microsoft)
If that doesn't help, it might simply be that the graphics card is too old and doesn't support certain features (which seems possible given that this appears to be an XP system and XP has been without support / updates from Microsoft and hardware vendors for a good while).
