Hello,
The data for one of my participants did not upload successfully. I searched the forums to find an answer but so far nothing has worked. My participant has the data locally on their machine, see picture attached. Clicking the cloud icon does not upload the data - nothing happens, same with the download/share icon. They also tried unchecking and re-checking the automatic upload icon. Is there anything else we can try to retrieve this data?
Thanks, Katrina

Thanks, Katrina I've tested manual data upload to your experiment and it appears to work fine, so it's probably not a server-side issue, but some kind of problem with the participant's internet connection or network. If that's the case, connecting to a different network (if one is available) and attempting the upload from there is an option. Beyond that, can you get the player log file from the participant (open the Inquisit Player app, go the the "Tests" tab, tap "Log" in the upper right corner) and send it to me at support<at>millisecond.com, please?
