+x KatrinaMcDonough - 9/29/2022Hello, The data for one of my participants did not upload successfully. I searched the forums to find an answer but so far nothing has worked. My participant has the data locally on their machine, see picture attached. Clicking the cloud icon does not upload the data - nothing happens, same with the download/share icon. They also tried unchecking and re-checking the automatic upload icon. Is there anything else we can try to retrieve this data? Thanks,Katrina
