I just tried that and it gave me this error message:
Could not locate 'http://www.millisecond.com/myaccount/scripts/hermie/BatchIAT/intro.htm
The problem is: the previous IAT's do not require a file called "intro.htm." The scripts I downloaded just include the one .iqx file I adapted in Inquisit. Do they now need an "intro.htm?" If so where would I get that file?

Then you need to edit the intro.htm file for each script, give it a unique name, have the script refer to the correct file associated with it (and upload the additional htm-files if you are running this on the web).

The start page of the multifactor IAT's that just have word stimuli are presented in the same format of the multi factor IAT with picture stimuli. So each category is listed and instead of the list of words that are associated with each category, there are empty boxes where pictures would be.
Does this make more sense?

All of the scripts include some form of instructions. That's what you'll have to edit, and you can use the comments in the script as guidance.
I am performing a batch with 4 IAT's. The first three are multifactor word associations and the third is a multifactor picture IAT. The intro page for the multifactor picture IAT is loading at the start of all previous IAT's which doesn't work since there are no pictures on the previous versions.
How do I separate the picture intro page or create an intro page just for the previous IAT's.
The script that I downloaded for the multifactor word iAT's do not have intro pages so I am not sure how to go about doing this.
